Jogoo Fortified – Classic Ugali
- Jogoo Fortified maize flour
- 4 cups (950 ml) water
- Fill a deep pan with the water and bring to boil.
- Slowly add the Jogoo Fortified maize flour to the water and stir with a wooden spoon. It may take 10 to 20 minutes of continuous stirring and adding more flour as needed to get to the desired texture, which is thicker than mashed potatoes.
- You will know it’s ready when the dough pulls away from the side of the pan.
