Amana Rosecoco -Homemade chili with red beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 675g minced beef
- Boiled Amana Rosecoco Beans
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the onions and fry for 5 minutes, or until softened. Stir in the chilli sauce, garlic, cumin, and beef, and fry for 3 minutes, or until the meat browns, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the Amana Rosecoco beans and tomatoes and bring to boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and leave to simmer for 40 minutes stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
